Update 1.2

A minor update that includes some rules amendments, updated prompts and a new debrief. The text has now been sent for editing with Emzy Wisker, who I have worked with on previous projects. Her amendments should greatly improve the text and make it clear what else still needs worked on before it moves to layout later this month.
